Ciracas Sector Police Obtains New Forces After the Mass Tantrums Occur

Jurnal Kini. Ciracas Police, East Jakarta, gets a new operational vehicle today, Friday (12/14). These fleets are in lieu of dozens of vehicles damaged during the riots on Wednesday (12/12) in the morning.

There are four cars and eight operational motors in blue and white complete with sirens.

The vehicles were parked at Mapolsek Ciracas Field, East Jakarta. The vehicles are still wrapped in plastic and have not been equipped with number plates.

The fleet, said Ciracas police chief Kompol Agus Widartono, to restore service at Ciracas Police.

"It was in the form of activities to cope with Ciracas police activities in order to anticipate existing in the region starting from patrols, escorts, and activities along with activities in the community," Agus said at Mapolsek Ciracas, East Jakarta, Friday (12/14) .

Agus was reluctant to comment regarding the fate of the fleet which had been damaged by the clash. But based on information gathered, dozens of vehicles have been transported by the Metro Jaya Regional Police Directorate since Wednesday (12/12) afternoon.

Agus also said that the service at the Ciracas Police Station returned to normal. Starting from the management of crowd permits, the management of SKCK, until the security and order patrols of the people have run normally. He also asked the Ciracas people not to be afraid.

"I hope that until now there have been no people who are worried that Ciracas Sub-District Police, East Jakarta Police Resort belongs to the community," he added.

Ciracas police station was occupied by hundreds of people since Tuesday (11/12) night until Wednesday (12/12) early morning. The mob sought perpetrators of attacks on TNI officers in Cibubur some time before.

The crowds gathered since 20.00 WIB, began to get hot ahead of midnight. They did not find the person they were looking for. Finally the masses do damage and combustion.

The chaos subsided after the arrival of the Jaya Military Commander Maj. Gen. Joni Supriyanto and Metro Jaya Regional Police Chief Insp. Gen. Idham Azis. Then the mass disbanded on Friday (12/12) at around 03.00 WIB.
